CONFERENCE FEES CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prior to July 25, 2025 at 6:00 pm - 100% refund
Between July 25 6:00 pm and September 23, 2025 6:00 pm - 50% refund
Between September 23, 2025 6:00 pm and October 14, 2025 - 6:00 pm - 25%
After October 14, 2025 - no refund
