Centennial Rotary presents the 36th Annual Golf Tournament to Benefit Greeley Area Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels and Rotary Service Projects
Date: Friday, May 8th, 2026
Place: Boomerang Golf Course in Greeley
Tee Time: 9:00am Shotgun Start - Check-in starting at 7:30am. Awards and Lunch to follow.

Format: 4-person scramble. No mulligans.

Participation Opportunities:
Corporate/Team: $575. Includes green fees, range balls, cart rental, lunch for 4 players and recognition on the course and in tournament program.

Individual: $144. Includes green fees, range balls, cart rental, and lunch.
