Fire Grilled Ribeye with sauteéd mushrooms, applewood smoked bacon & peppered demi-glace served with oven roasted red potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Blackened Salmon with mashed potatoes & red pepper coulis served with grilled vegetables in an herb oil

Vegetable Wellington including zucchini, peppers, carrots & onions and fresh chévre with tamari wrapped in a feuillet de brick over harvest rice
