GRILLED TOP SIRLOIN with bordelaise sauce, potato gratin
and grilled seasonal vegetables
MISO GLAZED SALMON on baby bok choy, honey ginger carrots,
roasted bell peppers, pickled rainbow radish and ponzu sauce
VEGETARIAN - chef will determine entree based on the number ordered
