ROTARY DISTRICT 9940 CHANGEOVER FUNCTION 2023-2024

It's that time of year again… District Changeover.  

We celebrate the end of Marilyn Stevens' year as District Governor for 9940, with the handover of the role and responsibilities to Wayne Gordon. 

This is a face to face, and will not be recorded or live streamed. 
Registration is essential. Please register by Monday 26 June 2023

Cost: $25 incl GST.
Refreshments are finger foods and light refreshments.

Programme for the day:  
9.00 am:  Arrivals.  Mix and fellowship. 
9.30 am:  All seated.  Formal welcome to all.
9.50 am:  Celebrating Success; Review of District 9940 Rotary Grant Projects, District & Global.  
10.50am:  Rotary Awards & Acknowledgements - District Governor Marilyn Stevens
12.05 pm: Food & refreshments, fellowship.
12.50 pm: Guest speaker - representative from RIMA (Refugee, Internally displaced person, Migrant & Asylm seeker) 
1.30 pm:  Change over of the District Governorship.
1.40 pm:  Create Hope in the World, District vision for 2023-2024 - District Governor Wayne Gordon
2.00 pm:  Finish and Coach House tour for those who wish to (discounted rate).  

Please note; on completion of the Changeover event, entrance into the Coach House Museum to view the exhibits has been arranged for any Rotarians, at a discounted entrance fee.  This is highly recommended!
