Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online registration for the 2025 Online RLI Part I (2 sessions on August 19th and 21st, 2025) will close at 11:00 PM CT on August 18 or when capacity is reached. Both sessions are required to be completed to earn the RLI Part I certificate of completion.

Course requirements: Attendance at both sessions; a computer (desktop or laptop), audio, video and internet access is required.

To cancel a reservation prior to August 9, 2025, send an email message to RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com . You will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $10.00 administrative fee.

For cancellations after August 9, 2025, email RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com. There will be no refund.

Make-up sessions are not available. Course fees may not be transferred to future Lone Star Division RLI course offerings or course offerings in other LSRLI member districts.

Registrations are capped at 24 attendees.
