Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

Online registration for the 2022-2023 Online RLI Graduate Course (on June 17, 2023) will close at 5:00 PM CDT on June 16, 2023 or when capacity is reached. Attendance at the entire class is required to be completed to earn the Graduate Course certificate. You must have completed Part I, Part II, and Part III before enrolling in any Graduate courses

Course requirements: Attendance at entire session; a computer (desktop or laptop), audio, video and internet access is required.

To cancel a reservation prior to June 10, 2023, send an email message to RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com . If you paid online by credit card, you will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration fee.

For cancellations after June 10, 2023, email RLI Registrar Rebecca Maddux rmaddux@pmhvac.com. There will be no refund.

Registrations are capped at 24 attendees.

If the session is closed, please email Rebecca Maddux at rmaddux@pmhvac.com and you will be put on a waiting list.
