Full Conference Package starts with registration from 4:30 p.m. Friday, October, 25, 2019, Oktoberfest at 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. when the Hospitality Suites are opened for Rotary fellowship. Sunday departure after brunch and hearing our keynote speaker, Erin Davis.
Fully non-refundable after September 1st, and will only be transferable (name change) after that date.

Conference registration does not include accommodation.

The rates will vary as the number of rooms gets lower – kind of like the airlines. Our advice is to book as soon as possible to ensure the best rate. Please be sure to let them know that you are a Rotarian and attending the Conference.
