The Lewisville Morning Rotary Club is proud to sponsor a showcase of community non-profit organizations operating within Denton county that are offering services to help improve lives in our community.  Space is limited and spots will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.

If your organization is interested in participating please complete the information requested in the following sections.
 
Event Details: The Community showcase will be presented during the annual Lewisville Western Days Festival on September 28th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
 
Where will the community showcase be setup? The Non-Profit Community Showcase will be setup in the Lewisville Old Town area, at the corner of Mill Street and Main Street.  More information will be provided the week before the event.
 
What will each Non-Profit Need to Provide? Each non-profit organization will need to provide: – A table and chair(s).  Organizations should drape or cover their tables. – Staff available to interact with the public on the organization’s mission, services, and to answer any questions – Any advertising or promotional materials including giveaways, business cards, flyers, etc. – A small tent or covering for your booth (optional) – Power will probably not be available
 
What will the Lewisville Morning Rotary Club provide? The Lewisville Morning Rotary club will provide the overall space for the community showcase and will provide coordination as needed for setup.  The Rotary club will also promote and advertise the event through our social media platforms and through other advertising via the City of Lewisville.
 
What is expected of each organization? Non-Profit organizations will have an opportunity to communicate to the community what services are provided to fulfill their mission and also request any needs that the organization may have.  Organizations may also advertise any upcoming events.  Food vendors will be onsite so organizations cannot sell or give away competing items that may also be sold at the event.

Organizations must also adhere to the following rules: • Organizations are to have staff at their booth during festival hours • Organizations are responsible for the cleanup of trash from and around their booth.  Trash receptacles will be located in the area. • Property brought onto the premises by any organization is at the organization’s sole risk and shall be removed from the premises during designated move-out times.

 
What time can the organizations begin setting up and breaking down? Organizations can begin setup at 9:00 AM on the day of the event.  Break down can begin no earlier than 3:00 PM.  If you have any additional needs please contact the Rotary Club contact.
