Official Rules
1. Ticket purchaser must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
2. Raffle tickets are 1 FOR $20 | 3 FOR $50 | 7 FOR $100.
3. No more than 800 tickets will be sold.
4. The drawing will be held on February 28, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. Central Time. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone and e-mail within seven (7) days of the drawing and results will be posted at https://portal.clubrunner.ca/1833 and Facebook
5. There is not a limit to the number of tickets one (1) person can purchase.
6. Raffle tickets may be purchased online at https://portal.clubrunner.ca/1833.
7. All ticket orders must be completed no later than 5:00 pm Central Time, February 27, 2019, or before 800 tickets have been sold, whichever comes first, to be entered into the drawing. LMRC reserves the right to extend ticket sales, at its discretion, beyond the closing date of 5:00 P.M. Central Time, February 27, 2019, if sufficient tickets have not been sold.
8. The prize offered is TWO ROUND-TRIP AIRLINES TICKETS donated by Southwest Airlines ®. The tickets are good for round-trip transportation on Southwest operated service anywhere Southwest travels within or outside the continental United States. All travel must be completed by February 18, 2020.
9. The drawing will take place at Old Town Brewhouse Located 146 Whatley Ave, Lewisville, TX 75057 on February 28, 2019, at 7:00 P.M. Central Time
10. The prize winner must claim his/her tickets within sixty (60) days of the drawing.
11. The winner is solely responsible for all local, state and federal taxes
12. Should the prize be declined or unclaimed within sixty (60) days by the winner, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and will be transferred to LMRC as a donation.
13. Odds of winning depend upon the number of tickets sold.
14. All proceeds will benefit the "LIGHT UP A SMILE" project.
15. Lewisville Morning Rotary, its Board of Directors or any of its Affiliates assume no liability for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete entries, which will be deemed invalid and disqualified.
16. The decisions and rules of Lewisville Morning Rotary are final on all matters concerning this raffle.
