2023 Lewisville Area Flags Subscription Form


















Use this form to purchase a new, or renew an existing, subscription to Lewisville Morning Rotary Club's Lewisville Area Flags Program

We currently have two tiers of holidays:
Tier 1 is for 6 holidays (Cost $54 annually for each flag)

  2. Flag Day
  3. Independance Day
  4. Labor Day
  5. Patriot Day
  6. Veterans Day
Tier 2 is for 10 holidays (Cost $90 Annually for each flag)
  1. Martin Luther King Jr Day
  2. Presidents Day
  3. Peace Officers Memorial Day)
  4. Memorial Day
  5. Flag Day
  6. Independence Day
  7. Labor Day
  8. Patriot Day
  9. Columbus Day
  10. Veterans Day
Due to rising costs we are forced to raise our pricing by one dollar per flag per holiday as of 1 January 2023.
New subscriptions must be submitted and paid for three weeks before a holiday in order to give us time to process the order and place the sleeve for the flag(s) before the holiday. Renewals must be submitted and paid for two weeks before a holiday in order to give us time to process the order.
All subscriptions will be for a full year commencing with the next holiday (new subscribers) or the anniversary of your current subscription (renewals) for the Tier you choose following receipt of payment as stated above.
If you wish to purchase a gift subscription(s), please complete a separate form for your primary subscription and each of the gift subscription(s). For the gift subscription use your address as the subscription address but then mark the "This is a gift" check box and complete the flag location section after checking the No checkbox in response to the "Is the flag address the same as the mailing address?"
Please be aware that we currently serve all of zip codes 75057, 75067, 75077, 75028, and 75022. We also serve portions of zip codes 76226 (Lantana only); 75056 (residences in Lewisville including Castle Hills, only); and 75007 (Woodgate Neighborhood only).
