The Conference Committee reserves the right to cancel and/or change programs with insufficient registrations or any circumstances beyond our control.
Scheduling, availability and pricing of add-ons for the Family and Friends program could be subject to change based on availability, minimum number of participants, weather, and any other as determined by the District 2023 Conference Committee
NOTE Cancellation Policy
A $50 processing fee applies to each registrant (each person) who cancels on a registration. Requests to cancel registrants or conference-ticketed events must be received in writing by March 30, 2023.
Registrants who cancel after the deadline of March 30, 2023 will not receive a refund. In cases of force majeure after March 30, 2023 refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
