We are thrilled to have Rotary Youth Exchange as our Conference theme this year! The goal is for attendee to leave with a deeper understanding of Rotary Youth Exchange, with an inspriation to get involved.

Early bird registration: $110 until October 15
Standard registration: $125 from October 16 - 31
We hope you consider the optional add-on to sponsor a current Rotary Youth Exchange student to attend the conference.

The registration fee includes the District Foundation Dinner on Friday evening, plus lunch, dinner, and snacks on Saturday. A cash bar will be available both evenings. Paid parking will be available at the conference venue in the surrounding lots.
On Friday, November 8, check-in will open at 4:30pm with a cash bar from 4:30-7:00. The program will promptly begin at 6:00pm.
On Saturday, November 9th, check-in will open at 8:00am and the program will begin promptly at 9:00am.
Hotel Information:
We have a room block at the Hotel for Friday and Saturday nights for a discounted rate of $189 a night. The room block deadline to secure the discounted rate is 10/9.

You will have a two room suite, featuring a living room and separate bedroom. All of our suites also include a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Every time you stay with us, we treat your guests to a hot, made-to-order breakfast with eggs and omelets being made by our amazing chefs. You also are welcome to join us for our Evening Reception in Tower Kitchen and Bar that allows all registered guests to enjoy two complimentary cocktails and snacks on us!
