CLUB LEADERSHIP ACADEMY SPRING 2023
Program will include 7 tracks, with 5 sessions within each one:
- Club Administration (secretary, treasurer, tech tools)
- Public Image
- Foundation (includes international service)
- Youth Services
- Service projects in the community and Rotary week of Service
- Membership (attraction, retention, use of data)
- RLI Part 1
You may choose one of the 7 tracks, OR choose Grants Management Training (3 sessions) and add on 2 modules (one from modules #1 and one from modules #4) OR Pick and Choose Registration and then add on 1 of each of the modules #1, #2, #3, #4, and #5.

- 8:30-8:45 - Introductions
- 8:45- 9:15— Greg Podd “The Power of the Pin”
- 9:30-10:20—Session one
- 10:30-11:20—Session two
- 11:30-12:50 pm—Lunch/Panel
- 1 pm-1:50 pm—Session three
- 2:00 pm-2:50 pm—Session Four
- 3:00 pm-3:50 pm—Session Five
- 4:00-4:30 pm—Fellowship
