Presentation Title: Golden Bears and Pandas Culture: Clare Drake’s Legacy – the pillar of the leadership and culture of a successful University hockey program.

Topic Summary:  With a combined 24 National Championships and 69 Conference Championships the Golden Bears and Pandas Hockey Teams are arguably the two most decorated university hockey programs in North America. Though having had their fair share of outstanding players and dynasty teams over the years, the common ingredient to both programs lives in the culture brought and nurtured at the U of A by Clare Drake. Ian and Howie will talk about Coach Drakes’ legacy and it’s significant contribution to the success of both programs.
