The Club Spring Training Experience (CSTE) is a 1-day (10:00am - 3:00pm) session designed to train club boards "best practices" in the multiple aspects of running a Rotary Club. Sessions will be in 4 different cities (venues to be announced) to minimize travel time and expense.
Agenda:
- 10:00-10:30am - Group discussion
- 10:30-12:00 - "Targeted" breakouts (see details below)
- 12:00-1:00 - Lunch & networking
- 1:00-2:30 - "Club-based" breakouts (Planning for 2020-2021!)
- 2:30-3:00 - Group wrap
- OPTIONAL: 3:00-5:00 Social organized by local committee
Detailed Instructions:
- Registration and payment will be by ONE MEMBER ONLY of each Rotary Club for the total number of members that will attend. Registration can be changed later to add or delete participants.
- Clubs should register at the nearest location only, unless travelling allows a preferred date.
- Ideally 10 members will attend from each club, primarily the board (or alternates), and each club member would select 1 of the 10 "Targeted" breakout sessions. More than 1 member may attend each session if desired.
- Indicate how many members will attend each breakout in the "Add On" section of this registration.
- Clubs will be contacted after registration to provide a list of attending club members, with contact info and breakout selection for each.
- Cost is $25 per member (local currency).
- ***2020 BONUS: This is a new program, so as an incentive the District will rebate $200 (local currency) for ALL CLUBS that have registered 10 or more participants BEFORE 1 MAY 2020!!! Rebate paid on actual attendance following the event.
