each entree includes Caesar Salad - hearts of romaine with garlic croutons
and parmesan tossed in Caesar dressing

PORK - prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin, three cheese polenta and rosemary demi glace served with green beans
CHICKEN - chicken marsala with foraged sauteed mushrooms served with wild rice pilaf and seasonal vegetables
ENTREE SALAD - crisp greens with grilled chicken, candied hazelnuts, blue cheese, balsamic glazed pears, dried berries, grape tomatoes and cucumbers with an herb vinaigrette
