Registration Instructions:

Click sign in button. After validating information, click continue.
Select one of three options. If you are selecting the 1st registration package, you will be able to purchase partner/guest registrations in the Add-On section below.
If you are selecting Centennial or Club table option, you will need to enter the name of each guest in the next section as you wish that guests name to appear in the name tag. In order to avoid duplicate registrations, please advise your members and guests that they have been registered. In the event of a guest registration change, the person making this registration may enter the change in this registration page at any time prior to and including November 1st.
For those that wish to stay at the hotel after the Gala, the Omni Fort Worth Hotel will have rooms available. Your room reservations can be made on-line with Omni Fort Worth Hotel.
On-line registration will close at midnight November 1, 2016.
