Conference Activities Friday, April 17, 2020
- 2:30 PM: Registration opens at Community Center
- 3:00 PM: Rotary Project Fair with Sister District 4100. Come and learn all about projects you can partner with. For information contact: philippe@lamoise.net
- 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM: Club Hospitality Night. Meet and greet Rotarians for a great evening of Fun, Music and Fellowship. Bring appetizers/snacks to share. No host Bar.
Conference Activities Saturday, April 18, 2020
- 7:00 AM: Polio Walk with Coronado Mayor Richard Bailey. Meet at the Community Center. Get donations from friends and family for End Polio Now campaign.
- 8:00 AM: Conference Registration with Continental Breakfast
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Conference opening with day full of Dynamic Speakers, a Rotaract Panel, Legislative Session, Celebration of Life, and Hands on Service Projects
- Hands on Service Projects available throughout the day (LINK Montaño)
- Lunch on the Terrace included
- 6:00 PM: Closing Dinner included with Food, Entertainment and our RI Representative. No host Bar.
