Welcome to the registration page for the Rotary Zone B Symposium 2017, September 8-10 at the Waipuna Hotel and Conference Centre.
 
The Symposium includes the following events:

• Symposium – Past District Governors and those Rotarians attending the whole weekend (which includes the Future Leaders Forum) should register for Symposium ($210 per person)
• Future Leaders Forum – Rotarians attending only the Future Leaders Forum should must register for BOTH the Symposium AND the ‘Future Leaders Saturday Only’ under Optional Add-ons ($125). The system will show the cost of both on your confirmation, but you only need to pay $125. Apologies for this somewhat confusing and clumsy method, but it is the only way our Clubrunner software can deal with the Saturday-only option, which we implemented in response to demand."
• Optional events – there are several optional events that you can also register for:
  • Combined meeting with Rotary Club of St Johns (Thursday night) ($25 pp) - now fully booked.
  • Visit to Motuihe Island (Friday) ($35 pp)
  • Friday night buffet meal at Waipuna Hotel ($35 pp)
  • Saturday night Symposium Dinner at Waipuna Hotel ($75 pp)

 
(Note: 2017/18 DGs, DGEs and DGNs are pre-registered for all events and accommodation is booked)
 
Registration does not include accommodation – please register directly with Waipuna Hotel or alternative offsite accommodation.
