Chicken Fajitas with roasted vegetables, achiote black beans, cojita cheese and spanish style rice
Miso Glazed Salmon resting on baby bok choy, ginger roasted carrot medallions, roasted julienned bell peppers, pickled rainbow radish and chef's ponzu sauce
Vegetable Napoleon (vegetarian) with sauteed kale, roasted portobello eggplant, goat cheese, balsamic glaze and roasted red pepper coulis
In order to help cover our cost of the room, we have a $10 charge at all membership meetings for anyone attending without a meal. You must contact Cindy at cindymarker@mac.com so we have enough seating at that table. Payable by cash, check or credit card at the door.
