Now The State Museum of Hawaii, the Bishop Museum was built to honor the last descendant of the Royal Kamehameha line, Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Our Rotarians will experience the breadth of Oceanic cultures from Hawaii to to Melanesia in the Hawaiian and Polynesian Halls, and be amazed at the breadth of knowledge that shepherded Ancient Polynesian voyagers on the greatest ocean exploration of their time. A thrilling experience in the old and the contemporary in Oceanic cultures! It will truly be an exciting evening.
