Early Bird discount

• For full conference registrations, this is available to Rotarians, +1's and guests up to 31 March 2020
• Not available to other registrant categories because these fees are already discounted

Accompanying guest - full registration / Rotaract / Youth Programme

• If a guest is accompanying you to the full programme
• Complete your full attendance registration first.
• Complete a separate registration for the guest, selecting the same package as you did for your registration.
• You will need to add your Confirmation number in the question provided.
• Your confirmation number is in the registration email confirmation you received. It is a 6-digit number

Accompanying guest - Saturday Dinner-dance only

• For any guest attending the Dinner-dance only - choose this package.
• Complete your full attendance (or Rotaract / Youth programme) registration first
• You will need to add your Confirmation number in the question provided.
• Your confirmation number is in the registration email confirmation you received. It is a 6-digit number

Cancellation Policy

• Upto 30 April, a refund of registration fees less administration fee of $50.00 will be made for cancellations received in writing (email) to the conference treasurer at nafryer@xtra.co.nz
• Refunds after 1 May 2020 will be at the discretion of the organising committee.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will  be refunded in full.

Club Name

• Rotarians, Satellite Club members and Rotaractors please select your club name. For accompanying guests (full registrations or saturday evening only), please leave this blank
• Rotary Youth Exchange and Interact Students, please select your host Rotary Club.

Payment
When you reach the payment form - despite what the form says, you can use both Debit and Credit cards.

Home hosting
A number of local Hutt Valley Rotarians are offering to home host our visiting Rotarians. Places are limited and will be allocated in the order received as part of your registration. All arrangements will be between the hosts and the visitors.
