Title: What is Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and how is Rotary currently looking at it

Myrna Findt is the chair of the District 5370 Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee which was formed in the fall of 2023.

Through the committee's work, Rotary Clubs shall have the skills, abilities, education, resources, and culture to strengthen Rotary Clubs’ core values. Communities are empowered in District 5370 through the betterment of our Rotary Clubs.

The presentation will be a mixture of the following:

-DEI in the District at the moment and hopefully in the future

-vision of DEI in the District and in each Club

-DEI and benefits for the Clubs

-DEI in your Club: where and how to start
