Hybrid Lunch Club Meeting
 
Maximum 20 members per meeting (hotel mandate); guaranteed payment for 20, regardless of number. 
Minimum 15 members per meeting (club mandate); failing that, full Zoom meeting.
One person per table. Members to be seated upon arrival with no mixing or mingling as per COVID restrictions.
Members to register and pay no later than Friday before Tuesday meeting.

Cost - $29 per member all in, as per hotel requirement.
Lunch menu similar as before, with chef choosing the menu, served plated to each seated member.

Speakers will be via Zoom, as in-person meetings are Members Only.
At the hotel, there is to be no singing, passing of items, no handshakes, hugs etc.

Each member arriving at an in-person meeting must complete or have completed the attached Symptom Questionnaire. Please print at home, complete and bring to the meeting. There will be a small supply of blank ones on-site. Hand sanitizer will also be on-site upon entry.
