2012-2013 District Conference Celebration
This registration page is to sign up for BOTH parts of the District Conference - May 19 in Killeen and June 15 - 17 at the Lost Pines Resort near Bastrop.
Please note that the Killeen Conference Center can only hold 150 attendees and the Fort Hood tour bus has a capcity of 70 (SORRY, FORT HOOD TOUR IS FULL). If you arrive without a registration and there is no space available, we will unfortunately have to turn you away at the door or you won't be able to go on the tour if the bus is full, so please register.
If you became a Rotarian after July 1, 2011, you are eligible for a 50% refund if you attend both District Conference Events. Please pay the full amount by registering and apply to the District for your refund after the District Conference.
If you're signing up for the full conference but you have a spouse or guest signing up for only 1 part, please complete your signup here (do not register your guest), and then sign your guest up separately for the single part of the conference for which theythat they wish to attend.
