Advance Registration for June meetings
Use this form for advance registration and online payment for meals at all Providence Rotary meetings in June. After filling in or verifying your personal information, go to the options page and select the dates of all meetings you plan to attend by entering the number of people you are paying for (yourself plus guests). Then fill in your credit card information on the payment page. If you do not complete payment, your registration will not take effect.
Note that there are two lunch choices for the June 29 Installation meeting.
You can return to this page later to add or cancel registrations for individual meetings before the deadline shown (Friday before Tuesday meetings).
