I understand that as part of the Reopening Ontario Act, in order to gain access to this event all members of my group will require proof of full vaccination and corresponding identification (photo ID or any identification-confirming name and date of birth) from members of the public aged 12 and older. Under Provincial regulation, you are considered fully vaccinated if you can show proof at least 14 days following the second dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. Mandatory masking will be enforced for all, unless you can produce a valid medical exemption form. I further understand that my ticket purchase is final sale and if I cannot produce valid Proof of Vaccination I will be refused entry and will NOT receive a refund.
