April Food Drive Fundraiser
The Rotary Club of Greater Long Branch raised approximately $700.00 in March to be divided among seven local food pantries. Thank you once again to all club members who donated for helping us serve families in our community who are in need.
The number of people out of work has decreased over the last few months but inflation has made it more difficult for the food pantries to keep abreast of the rising food costs to serve those still in need. There always was and still will be families suffering from food insecurity.
Please continue your generous donations.
Our goal for April is to reach $1,000 by the end of the month. The money raised will be distributed to local food pantries in a check so they can purchase supplies needed the most.
