Rotary International is an international service organization, which is famous for its involvement in eradicating polio throughout the world. Rotarians across more than 200 countries and geographical areas work together to provide humanitarian services that build goodwill and peace in the world.      Locally, the Oregon/Northwood Rotary Club addresses social and health issues like illiteracy, homelessness, hunger, poverty and educational needs by providing financial support from money raised through club fundraisers.       In addition to our fundraisers many members participate in our service projects.  Areas    supported by these efforts include our annual Breakfast with Santa at Clay High School, the Challenger Learning  Center, Dictionaries for local 3rd graders, Ohio Reads tutors, International Haiti projects and many other community service related projects.      Our golf outing is our signature fundraiser and we would like to thank you for participating today and for your part in helping make a   positive impact on our community.  If you would like to become a rotary member or would like more information please visit our website at:      www.clubrunner.ca/oregon-northwood/  Weekly meetings held at:  The American Table, 846 S.
