Please use the registration below to register all attendees for the Tom Names Salute to Sports.

The tickets for the nominated students, State Champions, scholarship recipients and a respective coach or school representative are $0.00, they are hosted by the TAC.  Tickets for additional students, family, guests, community members, etc are $20 each.

On the first page please select the number of people that will be attending based on their category:

• Nominated Student(s), Spring Season State Champion(s), Scholarship recipent(s)
• Hosted School Staff
• Guests (family, friends, additional school staff, community members)

On the second page there will be a space to provide the names of those attending based on the types of tickets.
