Fees are $150.00 each for the weekend ;
fees include the cost of the 6th Annual Around the World Dinner

6th Annual Around the World Dinner Saturday Sept 6

Dinner is at 6:00 pm and is $26.00 . 

It  will be held at:

 KC's Caverna Restaurant

 4600 - 48 Street Stony Plain 

REBOUNDS, YEX TEAM AND FACILITATORS ALSO NEED TO REGISTER HERE SO THAT WE KNOW THE EXPECTED NUMBERS FOR THE DINNER.

FRIDAY EVENING (Students, Counselors, Committee)

6:00pm Registration and BBQ

7:00     Welcome from the Chair

9:00     Students collected by Rotarian billets

SATURDAY (Students, Counselors, Committee)

7:30am Inbound Counselor training                                

8:45      Rotarian Billets drop off students to Pioneer Centre

12:00 – 1:00      LUNCH

4:25     Students hang out, get changed, back by 6pm

6:00     6t Annual Around the World Dinner (leave for KC’s Restaurant)        

SUNDAY
