Rotary Leadership Institute and Pre-PETS Training with
District Governor 2017-18, Scott Carr.

For those of you who are Presidents-elect, District Governor 2017-18 Scott Carr will greet you and give you an overview of the day.

All Rotarians are welcome and Presidents-elect as well as beginning or continuing Rotary Leadership Institute attendees, will be given a full day of RLI training.

The Rotary Leadership Institute offers interactive curriculum that will be beneficial to any Rotarian and it will also give you the opportunity to make connections with your peers while learning about Rotary. Your facilitators will be District Leaders who bring a wealth of Rotary experience and knowledge as they guide instruction.

Please read the comments from Rotarians about this program:

Andi and Carl Kosnar, Rotarians from the Solana Beach Eco Club, are the first two people in District 5340 to complete Part III and graduate from RLI!  Andi and Carl became Rotarians just before they took RLI Part I and used the sessions to learn about Rotary. They believe the leadership skills, peer relationships and Rotary content they acquired gave them a solid Rotary Foundation.

Andi shared, “The RLI program is so worthwhile.  As brand new Rotarians last Jan. (members for two weeks I think) it was a great way to learn all about Rotary and gain from everyone’s experience - both the facilitators and other club members.  We would recommend it to all Rotarians.”
