TIPS FOR REGISTERING:
- If you sign into ClubRunner this will populate your details in the "Your Information" section.
- Full Registration ($275 before 1 March and $325 after) includes all sessions, Friday Welcome Function and Saturday Night.
- To assist with catering numbers for the Friday Night Welcome Function under “Add Ons” please indicate in the box the number attending under your registration.
- Partners Full Registration is available and covers the same as “Full Registration” for Rotarians.
- If your partner only wishes to attend Friday and/or Saturday Nights then these can be purchased in the “Add Ons” section. Please ensure you supply their name and any dietary requirements in the "Questions Section" so a name badge can be created.
- Accommodation – options are available on the Conference website, 9930conference.org. Bookings are to be made direct with the accommodation provider by quoting “Rotary Conference” to secure the discount rate. Bookings are the individuals responsibility
- Optional Activites - an indication if you wish to attend any of these is available in the Questions Section. An indication is required by 1 March.
- Amounts quoted are GST inclusive.
- Credit Card payments are possible this year.
