Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy Online registration for the Conference of Rotary Clubs will close at midnight CDT on Wednesday, May 3, 2017. To cancel a reservation prior to April 27, 2017, send an email message to District Secretary Dana Sisk at
dls78418@hotmail.com and state the reason for your cancellation. If you paid online by credit card, and you will receive a refund in the amount you paid less a $10.00 administration fee.
For cancellations after April 27, 2017, call (361) 774-1114. There will be no refund.
Registrants who have paid online prior to May 3, 2017, fail to cancel, AND never arrive at the event will receive no refund.
