Registration desk will be open Friday March 18, 7:30 - 8:15 am.
Parents and Counselors are responsible for their own hotel arrangements. If you are from out of town, it’s advantageous to stay in the hotel as we have later evenings and early mornings. Please ensure that you speak with the Edmonton hotel directly and when you call quote booking code 1C16AA or for a rate of $125/night. This rate will end February 16 2016 so please ensure your book right away!
At Spring Orientation numerous youth exchange related topics will be discussed to prepare students, parents and counselors for the exchange year. Saturday night is a semi-formal banquet dinner. Throughout the weekend we will host various Rotary and Senior Rotex guest speakers, as well as hear from former exchange students and the committee.

- Reverse culture shock - Tips to thrive while on exchange

Participants: All inbound students (foreign students), rebound students (Canadians that just returned home in the summer of 2013), Rotex (alumni of the program), outbound students and parents, club counsellors and district Youth Exchange Committee members will be in attendance.
