Shuttle Reservations For District Conference
$15 one way Reservations required.
Shuttles are available only for the days and times indicated due to the limited number of vans. Arrival and departure times are when the shuttle leaves the airport or Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. You must have a confirmation to board the van.

Rotarians will be on hand to welcome you at the Hawaiian Airlines Baggage Claim area, which is the pick up station at the airport.  Waikoloa to airport shuttles will leave from the group departure area of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel.  If you prefer not to wait or if our shuttle is not available, you may also contact SpeediShuttle, which provides transfers at a higher cost but does offer kamaaina discounts.  You can reserve online without the kamaaina 10% discount at:  https://www.speedishuttle.com/reservations or call 1877-242-5777 or 808-242-7777 if you want the discount.  Please note that you will need to show your Hawaii driver's license to confirm your kamaaina discount and the rates drop significantly for multiple passengers using 1 credit card to pay.
