President-elect Learning Seminar (PELS) is the chance for Presidents-elect (and other future Presidents) of all Clubs in our District to get together and share ideas and concerns to help prepare them for a successful Rotary year.

Assistant Governors are also invited to attend to allow time for you to start a working relationship with the Club Presidents and to understand the expectations of the Club Presidents.
