Poinsettias for Care Homes!
The holidays are fast approaching! As tough as they will be for many of us with the physical distancing measures, it will be even harder for those that live in long term care homes. Let's do what we can to brighten their spaces during this time.
The Hands-On Committee is arranging for the Rotary Club of Brantford-Sunrise to be delivering poinsettias to several LTC homes in Brantford to spread some holiday happiness and show that we are thinking of them. A donation of $20 will cover the cost of one poinsettia. When you register, after donating one poinsettia you'll have the option to buy one for yourself and/or cover the cost of more donations. If you are buying one for yourself, please ensure your order is in by end of day on Sunday November 29.
This event is being planned quickly, so details will be forthcoming as they are available. There may be requests for help picking up, preparing, and/or delivering the poinsettias, so stay tuned.
