Instructions:

1.  Fill out form below.  Be sure to include your phone number! 

2.  Click on "Select Options".

3.  Check blank to the right of "Berry Sales - Everett Pick-up" 

4.  Fill in number of each berry desired.

5.  Click on "Continue to Payment Section".

6.  Check your order.  Then click "Pay By Credit Card".  

7.  Fill in credit card information.  Do not select American Express.  We do not accept it.  Click "Submit".
