  Arrival will be Friday, 10/23 (if you will be staying at the hotel).  Parts 1 and 2 will be held Saturday morning and afternoon respectively.  Part 3 will be held Sunday morning.  If you will be staying at the hotel, your special room rates will be $69 plus tax per night (you will pay this separately from the RGA fee).  Breakfast is included for those staying overnight.  Anyone not staying at the hotel would pay $10 for a buffet breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday lunch will be provided by the hotel at a rate of $15.  Lleta has offered to host a dinner at her home on Saturday evening.
