Thank you for helping us honor the outstanding student-athletes of Pierce County! This form is where you will nominate one athlete per spring sport for recognition as a Spring Athlete of the Year.

Please note:

• This form is only for nominations.
• It is separate from event registration for the Tom Names Salute to Sports Banquet.

Important note:

• For doubles in Tennis, please include both students in the nomination.

We are excited to celebrate our athletes in person at the Tom Names Salute to Sports event on June 12, 2025, at 6 PM at the McGavick Conference Center, Clover Park Technical College. Doors will open at 5:30pm!
