The event is free flowing and desiged for all to be there for the 6 hour period. The "Rotary One" method includes a lot of cross over themes between PR, membership growth and Foundation, so expect to enjoy the entire day whatever your area of interest.

Individual reservations can be made by contacting the In-house Reservations directly at (780) 454-5454 and press 0. if you have difficulties email Danika. Callers must mention the group name Rotary District 5370 - 2012 to ensure they receive the appropriate rate and are included in the guest room block. These guestrooms will be held until 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival unless guaranteed to the master account or by a first night deposit, company guarantee, or major credit card guarantee. Should a guaranteed reservation not be cancelled 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, the cost of the room for the first night will be charged to the guarantor.
