SMOKED TRI TIP - Served with chipotle demi-glace, buttermilk fried Walla Walla onions with cheddar & chive potato cake and seasonal vegetables

GRILLED SALMON - Served with parmasan & fontina cheese risotto cake, red pepper coulis, and herbed grilled vegetables

GRILLED HALLOUMI (Vegetarian) - Herbed marinated halloumi "steak" served with wild mushroom sauce, grilled eggplant & zucchini, and fire roasted peppers
