On the questionnaire page, you are required to rank your choices for breakouts.

The following are the choices that will be listed:

 Attracting People of Action
Learn how to attract prospective members, update the experience your club offers, and better showcase what it does well. If you can do this, you’ll attract new members while having fun and thriving as a club.

Closing the Back Door?
Keeping current members is a sign of a club’s stability and overall wellbeing. Clubs that consistently lose members and compensate by inducting new members are not managing their growth or retention well. Participants will learn how to identify why members are leaving and develop a plan for retaining members.

Developing an Effective Orientation
New member orientation may be the first time that person obtains meaningful and personalized information about their Rotary club.  We will offer innovative ways to approach club orientation - A “reasonable” amount of  pertinent information, club culture, a positive dialogue with the new members and their mentor, with a way to determine their reason for joining Rotary, and a way to get them engaged right from the start.  We will develop a customized approach together during this session

Making Your Club More Attractive
Healthy, vibrant clubs with committed members and a positive public image will be more able to attract new members.  At the end of this session participants will know how to assess the club’s strengths and weaknesses in relevant areas and will be better prepared to take actions necessary to have a successful membership recruitment plan.

Practicing Flexibility and Innovation
Being able to respond effectively to changes in the demographics of our community will enhance a club’s ability to provide effective community service and to attract and retain members.  Participants will learn how to accommodate the needs of new and existing members utilizing Rotary’s increased flexibility.

We look forward to seeing you at this event!
